The Bias of Our Perceptions

The way we perceive things is conditioned by a particular background. We can see the bias of our perceptions in more ordinary circumstances. This happened several years ago, and there was kind of a big organizational conflict going on. And I was right in the middle of it, and we were at a board meeting. It had this very powerfully come to light.
