In the UK, we probably overdo this because that's a big part of our culture. But if we're going to interrupt, do it in a polite fashion. I know from speaking with my clients that one of the things they find really difficult is people who are in fast international meetings. This is often internal rather than discovery and client facing. If you don't contribute to that conversation, then what can happen is you can be seen as not adding value,. You know, not bringing values to the company.
