Do You Think the Markets Have Fully Priced in the Fed's Behavior?
Do you think the markets have fully priced in whatever hokishness we actually end up seeing for the fed? So, yes and no. A lot of the uncertainty comes from how do we react to an extreme amount of, if tightening, i the balance sheet being reduced? I think that's where we're still trying to figure out how to read and react. But it's interesting, because you've really seen markets get ahead of themselves in terms of the behaviour of this.
