In 2030, sustainability is going to be central to pretty much everything a business does. And then I think where residents fits in on that is helping companies to be that are dealing with sort of what I would call leading edge problems. We see ourselves constantly as like, we're the ones really tackling the really hard thorny problems to solve. So, that's what it does.
