The social metric is very difficult to figure out and count up in simple numbers that you can put in a PowerPoint presentation to the board. The structure of networks works much more efficiently information flows around them efficiently now if you have kind of a board that imposes a different kind of structure on the system it'll disrupt those efficiencies. I really do believe there will come a point when we will be able to measure the social quality of organized agents where we won't take it seriously, he says.
