The Connection Between Theologians and Local Church Pastors
I see so much as I'm trying to glorify God through the pursuit these intellectual pursuits. And part of what what good scholarship does is it listens to the heart of the church. So I mean lay people who listen to the sermon to read their Bibles and ask good questions have raised profound issues that I've wrestled with It's more a dynamic interaction than it is a competition.
