The Importance of Reaching a Wider Audience
I didn't buy new eyewear for 12 years, because I had these Tom Browns. There was a dead period there for 12, 15 years. If you take the fashion risk, it generally means that you're speaking to a much smaller audience. It takes away from the exclusivity and the interest and the product. And thankfully, there's enough independent optical boutiques and retailers supporting our brands.
