The Risk of Owning Land
A higher percentage of America wants to own land now than they did five years ago without a doubt 10 years ago. Most of the country cannot afford land right outside of Atlanta, Georgia. They can get a pretty affordable five 10 acres for 30 40 whatever it is $50,000 opposed in the city you're right near a city with more restrictions and then you're gonna pay $200,000 for two acres. As soon as we start putting restrictions on our properties, and like in HOA's and all these other things, the buyer pool drops 70%.
