The Story of Auguste Scuffier

Auguste scuffier met Swiss hotelier Cesar Ritz while working at the Grand Hotel in Monte Carlo. Their partnership and business cemented when Ritz became the manager of London's Savoy Hotel. He brought Auguste right along with him to fix its problems. To an 1890, a scuffier took charge of the kitchens at the Savoy; it was facing bankruptcy.
