I'd Say, It's a Yellow Flag When There's New Management
In an ideal world, you would love for the founders to still be. If the business is performing well and its run by the founder, then it's fantastic. Especially when you can just tell the founder is just so pumped up about their business. Just so many benefits of ounto run businesses. But yet, i'm not surprised that, even if there are question marks, ah, about the business itself, tha insite, or the insiders, that that big money managers are still buying it if it's got a good valuation.
