Syphilis has these numbers that are growing quite big, quite fast. Nobody is quite sure why, but people have some suspicions. The reason it's going up is that we've got really good at treating other sexually transmitted diseases. And particularly it was going up among men who have sex with men. But there's still the big problem of denial. Syphilis, even now it's not the french disease, is still seen as something that other people and if we want to keep cases low, thats cang have to change.
