The Justice Department Is a Bit More Reticent, but It's Getting Closer and Closer

The justice department, by policy, is a little more reticent and has some more puts more hurdles in way of bringing any sort of federal prosecution. Is that affecting your thinking about the timing? Herew we are moving on, i think, as expeditiously as we can. I will say this to add onto what the enterwiseman was saying, it is a bit rich to be siting bill bar for anything that has to do with the independence of the justice department.
