The Relationship Between Gamification and Delight

UX world is generally considered to be design details, microinteractions. One of the best tests I ever run was 20 people that I put through usability tests. They all rated it over two points higher out of 10 than the other one. Even without making a single change, you can actually affect people's perception of how delighted or happy they are with something just by not doing the opposite direction.
