Monotheism in the Roman Empire

There's an interesting sounding book. It came it was by stephen mitchell, who i think has done a lot of work and religion. And apparently historians have considered the various roman cults to be something we might interpret as monotheistic structures. Ah, so this kind of thing might be worth a deeper dive in a later episode, cause it's not a cut and dry issue. But if so, that's a good translation of that poem.
