The Hotel Phone Switchboard Manager, and the Hotel's Telephone Manager, Randolph Prost.
The next morning at 7am, the hotel phone switchboard manager noticed a light plinking on the switchboard desk under the label of 1046. She double checked her logs and found that no calls had come in or out for 1046 that night. A bell boy was sent up to replace the phone but when he knocked from the door it was locked again. He let himself into the room where he saw Owen lying sprawled out asleep on the bed naked. Prost went to seek help and found the hotel assistant manager, Mr Weaver, who called for the authorities.
