Is Twitter a Barrier to Entry?
Twitter is garbage, and there's too many people on it. One of the issues is that the value of an individual is not great enough to warrant the cost of a customer service rep. You get someone on Facebook, and they're I think I think a Twitter user's value was like $2. And so how many Twitter users do you need to cover the cost per year of one employee?
