Do You Cook an English Christmas Dinner?

I don't think we've decided exactly what we're having. I do enjoy a nice English Christmas dinner. My grandmother used to make the best roast potatoes in the world. You can't get goose fat in this country, but you can get duck fat. It's not the same, but it's about as close as I can get. We will have a house full of children and it will be loud and chaotic - but also wonderful.
