How to Avoid Over Calling Abdominal Wall Thickening
There are organs that are over called as being abnormal when in fact their appearance is within the normal range. I find it's very helpful to look at the stomach in different planes. If you're going to call it abnormality, it should look kind of abnormal in more than one plane. Abiromal enhancements either too much enhancement or too little enhancement can really sort of tip you towards saying there might be something abnormal there.
