Alex Jones' dad asks his son, "What is the human resources at Infowars?" Alex says he doesn't know her name and hasn't talked to her in a while. The presumed HR person for Infowars has been outsourced by ADP, who do things that would be inconvenient for Alex's job if it were under his purview. But infowars does not have this kind of contact with ADP.
