The third element in a triangle is what we call water balancing. We also sed for all those brewers in water stress areas, you need to bring the water back into nature which is used in the product itself. You can do that through, for instance, nature base solutions. Think about reforestation, or think about restoring wet lands, or restore lagoonse it is very contectual. And and we would like to go to debths, 100 %, and even more than 100%.

He talks about how the brewer is working with suppliers to reduce emissions, the challenges of working in a water-intensive industry, and how to make agriculture sustainable.
But he says Heineken is focused on more than just environmental issues. It seeks to embed sustainability throughout its entire business, including through net zero goals, addressing responsible drinking and working to further diversity, equity and inclusion.
"There's a lot of focus on the environmental part, but for me, it's really always a holistic agenda," Jan-Willem says. "So the S of social is as important as the environmental part, and they’re also interlinked."
