Eating When You're Stressed
When i'm stress, all i want to do is eat, definitely. And this is really normal. We tend to go for those highly palatable foods when we are feeling stressed. High sugar, hih pat foods essentially dampen down the activity of the hypealmic adrenal axis which is responsible for secreting that quartersole. So you're more likely to find something elset, stisfy that craving and to reduce the stress.
