The Moral Reasons for Supplying Weapons and Intel to the Iraqis
I think the moral reasons are very good to help Ukraine in staving off the Russian invasion. In Iraq, it was a much more complicated thing. It's not at all obvious that you would have been morally correct to give weapons and intel to Saddam Hussein after he had fallen.
