The Value of Self Storage

Within the tax laws, we have the ability to be able to write off under section 179 things that we can depreciate and accelerate a little bit sooner. And many of those items are really not necessarily considered capital expenditures or, you know, the structure itself. So for us, that just means a bigger tax write off sooner, which means more to the bottom line sooner.
