Why Aren't Tec Companies Coming to London?

If london's market is viewed as a place that undervalues companies, exciting firms will choose other stock markets where they can sell their shares for more cash. And then the lack of exciting firms choosing to list in london begets a less exciting market. The investors will value less highly, and you get this vicious cycle. But there are other factors as well that accelerate the cycle. Thas one of the problems is briton's corporate ovenance rules and general listing rules. There's another factor here, which is the disappearance of two big buyers of british equities.
