In the early sixties, a round about now, with the kind of nacent environmentalist movement. In many cases, it was the same people and the same organizations that had argued against a nuclear arms race were now arguing against nuclear reactors. There's this kind of fragility or pat dependency on which way they went on nuclear power. I gess it kind of cements some of this, like fear or scepticism about nuclear power. But in fact, three miles out of the authorities reacted pretty much the way all industrial ones do. They they got confused about their communication.
