Nick Mike: I can look at it from both perspectives yeah number one it's money monetization right we want to get as much money as we can. Number two we suffer from ego we think we know more than the person that we're consulting for which sometimes is true but you got to ask the right questions. Nick Mike: There is nothing worse when you hire a consultant than when they make you look bad and so consultants need to be really careful with their work.
