There was no indication in oral argument that either bret cavanagh or amy cony barrett, were interested in e middle ground erin what was case that the pro abortion rights side made. And so we get to the end of oral arguments, and i think it's fair to say things are not looking good for the pro abortion right side. But again, just judging from how en the justices were being about where they stood, it seemed clear that there were not five votes for the position that a person has a fundamental right to decide whether to be pregnant or not.
