How much of a stretch is healthy do you think when thinking about expectation settings? My guess is that some of the nuances that you kind of want to be pushing, you want to be right on the edge. At the same time, I think a lot of the thinking around OKRs where you hit them 60 or 70% of the time can be very demotivating.
