The Feel Framework
The feel framework is a way for people to access their feelings and process them in a safe, gentle and loving way. The first part of the field framework involves giving yourself permission to enter into that feeling by looking at where it's showing up in your body. It can take as long or as short as you want; i like to sit on my yoga mat sobbing when I'm having an uncomfortable experience. And then the final part of the Field Framework teaches us how to see our emotions in a different light than we normally would.
