On the federal level we're looking at regulation Z. It covers credit cards it also covers a whole host of other types of lending products. Not all of the states have followed that same definition for what's considered consumer credit or credit generally. So by now pay later is really challenging when you're designing the product to understand not just the federal requirements, but the state consumer credit requirements as well.
