way it's not many many things that remember my dad telling me that were useful I have to say but one of the things that he was it always used to say was get your rocks out of the water if you want to feel better you have to get your rocks out of the water and it's one thing that always stayed with me and I had a vision recently when I was I'm writing a book just now so if you don't know that it comes out in the in the autumn may excited but in that book I was doing some Germany work around the lower cauldron and what to bring forward and one of the visions that I got from that was the rocks and in the lower cauldron and like how many did I take these rocks out so this conversation is really synchronistic for me because I'd forgotten about that book from Hankwa so man in the in the bowl and the rocks that like read it like years ago as part of my chain and so I don't really I didn't really recall that and then you're talking about the backpack in the rock so I'm like I'm just having a nice I just letting you know I'm having a nice little moment to myself over here about

that. Spirit's giving you those confirmations through another being it's beautiful. And that's one of the reasons why I love this podcast and these interviews so much is because every single one that I have had I've had little confirmations come up from what somebody has had to say and vice versa and it's just like Rom Das says of we're all just walking each other home. I love Rom Das and I love that scene yeah yeah he's he's one of my early him and Alan Watts were two of my very early teachers just through books and lectures. I never got the opportunity to meet Rom Das before he passed but his picture is on my altar because I just hold so much reverence for his loving awareness of what he truly taught to love everybody as if they are yourself because they
