If you hear a story of limited exercise capacity, he probably needs a cat. We often infer the presence of coronary artery disease by the proxy of reduced exercise capacity. However, patient's ability to continue to exert themselves with CAD is very noteworthy. That very flat plaque can actually cause acute plaque rupture and cause ACS.
