The Risk of Starting a Company

In the last year, you sort of sit for placements. They're a placement process. And you go and interview with companies, and you are allowed to take one job. So that job I got with D.E. Shaw was a hedge fund. But it was something I didn't want to do. The extra risk of actually going and starting a company is for many folks, at least until recently, not worth the reward.
