How to Price a Team for Continuous Improvement

I'm basically a VPE slash tech lead such senior engineer that is fully autonomous following their priorities without requiring a huge amount of management. So regardless of how many hours I work, I usually under promise and over deliver. And then when I see something, some mishap happening on a large scale, I jump in immediately without them having to manage. That really gets the really painful, repetitive, routine pain away. It's like telling somebody who's never brushed their teeth before, just brush your teeth every morning and every evening and it will be fine. You know, it takes a well-nurtured, benevolent and lightened team to really get into the continuous improvement track as a company
