The Fed Funds Rate: A Normalized Cost of Debt Capital Market

Many people forget that from 95 to 2000, the Fed funds rate sat in a band of 5% to 625%. And so that these aren't sort of uncharted territories as we see it go up to 525. In the long run, I feel like we're close to where we're going to be, give or take, going forward.
