Banks and Regulation - What's at Stake?

treasury secretary Janet Yellen of course still there on Capitol Hill taking questions from Mr. Teles at the moment. She hasn't directly blamed the regulators but she has made a point to say that supervision and regulation does need to be revisited and looked at. We were just hearing the exchange between the secretary and democratic senator Elizabeth Warren who as we well know over the last several days has been pointing to that 2018 rollback of certain Dodd-Frank requirements for banks less than $250 billion in assets.
