I think that the community getting a bit wound up with my training system or this structure being the answer and thinking much more detail than I think the biology is actually recognizing. You know, ultimately the purpose of it you want to see people improving, and if they're not improving what's going to happen. We want to mix things up so your body starts to recognize. Oh, I've got complacent I need to improve again.
