Every minute you spend reading the book gives you many, many, many more minutes back in your life. There's this component that we don't talk about enough and it's happiness. It's feeling on purpose and also community being able to share this with people that you care about. I'm working on a system wide upgrade for humanity. Our meat operating system is wired to support each other and support our species. Yet we can be more like and savage and that's what happens when we let fear tick over. But when you do your hacking right, fear does not own you anymore. That makes you really dangerous because you're conscious and you're in charge all the time."
