Housing, i thinkis going to slow down a lot frat. I think home buying its going to grind to a halt by the end of end of next year. Rental housing wold do well, but forsale housingis gon to really have trouble. If you can get a hold of good housing at or blow replacement cost, then i think you should see good long term growth. This decade is all about inflation. Last decade was all about basically risk. It was a risk on decade. This is now an inflation decade. And so housing in in hyo, hygroth geographies, that's just, that's where to go.
