A third of workers globally are getting paid for less than 20 hours per week, according to the UN. The world is a very complicated mosaic of people working an enormous amount and maybe being paid well or not. A lot of people who are working a lot less hours. And they're apparently something like 9 million jobs in America where 6 million people refuse to take those jobs.
