The only situation where i could see you getting a far more accurate calory account by kind of adding up and multiplying the macros is if you are getting a relatively large proportion of your daily salories from badly mislabelled supplements. A, but we think or at least hope that that applies to not very many people. But that's kind of just a problem with supplementsand it's more an issue with that supplement, supplement, the way it's being labelled, than an issue of using calories from food labels - right? So t, that is not an issue with most supplements, and it's, it's not an issue hardly ever for like, actual food products. Ha, hhm
