Sails feels so different than engineering. Engineering feels very much like a team's port, where at the end of the day, there' a singular trophy that's held up and the entire engineering teams holding it. But sales feels more like everyone's on a track and field team and can in an individual metal,. And maybe the team wins the overall metal as well. So i wish we could have a little more explicitness and maybe obviousness and neering. I also, one of things i do appreciate about most really high functioning sales orgs is the lack of ambiguity.
