Texas Execution - Is There a Spiritual Adviser in the Executioned Prisoner?
For years, texas had chaplains in the execution chamber, am, but only christian or moslem chaplains. A buddhist prisoner a file suit saying, i should get to have a spiritual adviser in the chamber. The court stays it and says, no, this is clear discrimination. It all happens within about four or five days.
