The Interview Process Is Not the Same
When you're getting hired for a contract roll, the interview process is not the same because it's not as big as a commitment. You really bipass a lot of the interview process. And then once they are like, oh, well, since we know we like working with you, like you want to work on these other things. There'r so many places.
