The Jury's Verdict on the Battery Charge in the Case of Eugene Carroll

Jury asked did Ms. Carroll prove by a preponderance of the evidence that Mr. Trump raped her, and she said no. By saying no to that question, the jury form went on consistent with the complaint because battery doesn't require a rape. The other count was the defamation count. And what's important here is they had different standards of review.
