Are You Taking Time Off Your Hourly Rates?
Even if you're not being paid an hourly rate, you are still working contractiual hours. Your pay check does not reflect all of that overtime. You really have to make a choice about how you want to be spending your time. There may be things that it's like, you know what? If i stay an hour late. I'm going to feel so much more prepared to morrow. Yet. The heart part, angela, is that we're held accountable for all the things that happen during non teaching ort. Like we're legally even held responsible, like the these things need to get done.
