i wonder what impact your coachas had on you and the way that you think about leadership. I've had two very different experiences with coaching and high school, and no one's ever asked me this question. One is coaching from a place of love and freedom, where you coach someone towards independence, not dependence. The otherWay to Coach: From a place of fear and towards dependence. Even though in the short term, coaching from a places of fear works really well. You freak some one out, they're timid, but that is not a susdainable way to build good people.
