The USS Hornet and the Paranormal
The USS Hornet was built as a World War II Essex-class aircraft carrier. More than 300 lives were lost aboard while she was commissioned as an active ship, including the highest rate of suicide in the Navy. She's 8th in a line of American warships named Hornet, dating all the way back to the Revolutionary War.
