Schopenhauer says pain and pleasure aren't representations, right? So that's really radical. Of course, Kant thought they were representations. As you have experience without objectification, in the case of pain and pleasure, your will is being impinged upon. And it's experienced as pain and pleasure. Certainly involves objectification because you perceive something as hurting you.
