Real Estate Is a Better Investment Than Stocks

I think some of it is people don't know how a value accrues in the real world. Think of apple, most valuable company in the world, two pointt two point two trillion dollar market cap. That's not a very good yield on your asset. Real estate basically works in a similar way, except for there tends to be more yield because there's more risk.
